Sponsorship

Your relatives can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada if you’re at least 18 years old and a:

  • Canadian citizen or

  • person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or

  • permanent resident of Canada

Using our proficiency and knowledge, we conduct a thorough evaluation of your situation and that of your family member or partner to ascertain your qualification and probability of achieving approval in the Family Class Sponsorship program.

Once we have completed an initial evaluation, we immediately initiate the application procedure by gathering the necessary details, essential paperwork, and corroborative proof to prepare your application. After conducting a meticulous examination of your application, we submit all pertinent documentation to the designated Visa Office for processing, take charge of communication with Citizenship and Immigration Canada or the Provincial Government on your behalf, and remain in constant contact with IRCC to monitor the advancement of your application.
