IMMIGRATE TO CANADA

Permanent resident program

If you want to gain Canadian permanent residency, the government facilitates numerous ways. Two broad umbrellas their facilitation would fall under are economic and family or humanitarian-related classes. Every permanent resident pathway has different requirements. You can explore the list below by clicking on the class or program you think aligns most with your goals.

Under the economic classes, applicants are selected based on their ability to become economically established in Canada. The programs through which you may able to apply for permanent residency under the economic umbrella are:

  • Express Entry

Express Entry is an online system used to manage immigration applications from skilled workers. There are three immigration programs managed through Express Entry. Our team is equipped to assist our clients in applying for each program managed by the express entry system.

  • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) enable Canadian provinces and territories to endorse individuals who have the desire to immigrate to Canada and are keen on settling in a particular province, providing them with an opportunity to obtain permanent residency in Canada.

  • Caregivers

The caregiver class is divided into two main pilot programs: the Home Child Care Provider Pilot and the Home Support Worker Pilot. Click the link below to see more information to find out if this program is right for you.

  • Start-up Visa

The Business Immigration Program aims to foster the admission of business individuals seeking new opportunities and challenges. The government of Canada has developed a start-up business class visa for those individuals to apply under.

  • Humanitarian & Compassionate consideration

The purpose of humanitarian and compassionate (H&C) discretion is to allow flexibility to approve deserving cases not covered by the legislation. The H&C decision-making process is highly discretionary, considering whether a special grant of an exemption from a requirement of the Act is warranted.

  • Self-Employed

The Self-employed Persons Program allows people to immigrate to Canada permanently as a self-employed person

  • ATLANTIC IMMIGRATION PROGRAM

The Atlantic Immigration Program is a pathway to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers and international graduates from a Canadian institution who want to work and live in 1 of Canada’s 4 Atlantic provinces—New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador

  • RURAL AND NORTHERN IMMIGRATION PILOT

The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot is a program led by communities and designed to extend the advantages of economic immigration to smaller towns and regions. The aim is to establish a route to permanent residency for foreign workers who possess the necessary skills and wish to live and work in one of the communities that are part of the program.
